In this video I want to start kettlebell training right with this week 3 cleans and lunge exercises. In this week 3-of-4 we go over four foundational kettlebell exercises including the 2:1:1 swing, the kettlebell clean and the 3rd part of the Turkish Get Up, the overhead lunge.
After we go over the exercise descriptions we put them into a simple kettlebell workouts that you can do just about anywhere.
