Greg Ruzzine joined Logic Commercial Real Estate as a Vice President in April 2018. Prior to joining Logic, Greg was a Senior Advisor for SVN Gold Dust Commercial Associates where he specialized in the sale and leasing of Retail and investment properties. Greg has over 12 years of real estate experience in northern Nevada. While at SVN, Greg was recognized as reaching the SVN Achiever Level which ranked him among the top 100 SVN Advisors out of 1,600 individuals nationwide.
Prior to obtaining his real estate sales license, Greg worked at Johnson Perkins & Associates, Inc., northern Nevada’s largest commercial real estate appraisal firm, for over eight years as a Senior Commercial Appraiser. While at Johnson Perkins & Associates, Greg was involved in various appraisals that included development land, hotels, motels, office, shopping centers, industrial, right-of-way valuation and litigation support. Greg continues to practice as a Certified General Appraiser in the State of Nevada. He is currently a member of the Appraisal Institute and is also pursuing his MAI designation.
Greg obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in finance and dual minor in economics and mathematics from the University of Nevada. Born and raised in Las Vegas, Greg moved to Reno in 2001 to attend college and immediately fell in love with the northern Nevada lifestyle of skiing, snowboarding, camping, hiking and, of course, cheering on the Nevada Wolf Pack. Greg is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), NAIOP Transportation Coalition, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Appraisal Institute and the University of Nevada Alumni Association.
