We are going to get 50 reps using this Simple and Quick High Rep Workout.

Pick four exercises and go up by five repetitions each exercises stopping at 20 repetitions giving you a total of 50 repetitions for the set.

Do this for four rounds and you’d have done 200 reps in no time at all.
